The special operation led to 75 identifications, 25 fines for violations of the Citizen Security Protection Law, and 8 seizure reports of objects and nitrous oxide in nightlife areas. A judicial notification and a domicile verification were also carried out.
As a result of these actions, 4 arrests were made related to vehicle theft and unauthorized use, theft from within vehicles, breach of sentence, and an arrest warrant.
A significant aspect is that a considerable number of those identified and arrested are habitual repeat offenders, prompting the Local Police to maintain continuous reinforcement of their policing efforts.
“"Citizen security is a priority, and in situations of repeat offending, we must act with constancy and determination."
“"We do not want to normalize certain behaviors or allow repeat offenders to perceive that they can act with impunity."
Mayor Anna Massot highlighted the importance of preventive police presence and rapid response to criminal acts, working in coordination with other security forces. The objective is to protect citizens, prevent crimes, and act decisively against behaviors that generate insecurity.
