Behind this project are three partners with diverse backgrounds, united by the idea of enjoying food with a sincere and soulful proposal. The team includes a French chef with a "Latin heart", Fabrice Cesar, recognized with the Bib Gourmand distinction from the Michelin guide; a manager with many ideas; and a refrigeration technician.
