Behind this project are three partners with diverse backgrounds, united by the idea of enjoying food with a sincere and soulful proposal. The team includes a French chef with a "Latin heart", Fabrice Cesar, recognized with the Bib Gourmand distinction from the Michelin guide; a manager with many ideas; and a refrigeration technician. At Chido's Fusión, the experience goes beyond the plate, integrating music, good atmosphere, and laughter as an essential part of the menu.
For those who prefer the comfort of home, Chido's Fusión offers the possibility to place online orders.
