The incident occurred early Wednesday morning in the Requesens area. A patrol from the Castelló d'Empúries Local Police noticed a vehicle with evident damage to its side, raising suspicions of a possible theft.
Upon stopping the car and identifying the driver, officers discovered that the 32-year-old man had never obtained a driving license. This led to his arrest for alleged vehicle theft and for driving without ever having obtained a license, resulting in proceedings for a traffic safety offense.
