The educational community across the country has called on public administrations for immediate measures to ensure thermal comfort in classrooms, noting that livestock often enjoys better legal protection than students.

Thermal instability affects many centers, particularly those built in the 1980s with outdated facilities. While Animal Welfare Law 32/2007 mandates specific temperatures for farms, many schools operate in extreme cold or heat, according to unions like UGT and ANPE.
