This new educational offering, to be taught at Institut Cendrassos, will qualify students to work as insurance managers in brokerages or as insurance agents. Furthermore, it will open doors to further training to become an insurance broker. The program will last 2,000 hours and will also be offered in an intensive Dual format, including up to 1,000 hours of paid internships.
The initiative originated from the Institut Cendrassos Business Advisory Board, where a clear need for qualified professionals in the sector was identified. With the launch of this program, the center will expand the higher-level vocational training offering in the Alt Empordà region by 30 places.

The new training will also help meet the high demand for the Administration and Finance program, which in the last three academic years has received over 50 applications for only 30 available places. Recently, the center held a meeting with representatives from the Girona Insurance Mediators Association to establish a stable collaboration and finalize the details of the new program, addressing current industry needs and the lack of generational replacement.
