The Civil Guard arrested four men in Sant Pere Pescador on March 12th after discovering a professional marijuana plantation with 1,017 plants in an isolated property.

The suspects, aged between 25 and 36, were sent to prison by a judge. They face charges of drug trafficking, drug cultivation, and electricity fraud for bypassing the local power grid.
Police officers also seized 66 kilograms of marijuana buds prepared for distribution. The operation took place in the Alt Empordà region, dismantling a high-tech indoor growing system.
