Girona FC and CF Peralada have formalized the renewal of their collaboration agreement for the next two seasons, until June 2027, aiming to consolidate youth football development in the Girona region.

This strategic alliance grants the Girona club a clear preference for integrating players and coaches from Peralada into its lower categories. The agreement also includes trials for footballers from the Empordà region and the creation of detailed follow-up reports to assess their progress.
Beyond talent acquisition, the agreement encompasses continuous training programs for coaches and the organization of youth friendly matches each season, thereby fostering the exchange of knowledge and competitive experience between both entities.
The relationship between Girona and Peralada has a consolidated history, dating back to 2016, when they signed an affiliation agreement that led the Peralada team to be named Peralada-Girona B. Following a reactivation of the link in 2024, this renewal ensures the continuity of a fruitful collaboration for Girona football.
