The L'Escala Women's Race broke participation and fundraising records in 2025, achieving 13,113 euros destined for research into Charcot-Marie-Tooth syndrome at Vall d'Hebron.

The ninth edition of the L'Escala Women's Race focused on raising funds for the investigation of Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) syndrome, a rare disease that affects approximately one in 2,500 people.
The final figure of 13,113.18 euros surpasses all previous editions of the event, thanks to 1,102 registrations and additional donations from people who could not participate in the race held in 2025.

"This money will be entirely allocated to the Vall d'Hebron hospital to boost research into this rare syndrome."
