The National Police arrested a man on Saturday in La Jonquera who was driving a high-end vehicle on the AP7 in the wrong direction, exceeding the speed limit, and carrying 95 kilograms of drugs.

Officers attempted to stop the vehicle, which had Swiss license plates, but the driver fled at high speed. Eventually, he stopped the car at a service area in La Jonquera, where it was seized.
Approximately 56 kilograms of hashish and 27 kilograms of marijuana were found in the car. The driver has been taken to prison and is awaiting judicial proceedings.
