The Peralada Festival commemorates ten years of its training campus with the premiere of NIU, a stage proposal that integrates young students with professional dancers on July 28.

The show, which will take place at the Mirador del Castell, represents the culmination of a decade of the campus's trajectory, a project born in 2016 with the aim of bringing performing arts closer to young creators from the Alt Empordà and the Girona regions.
The production stands out for its nature as a living creative process, where fourteen student dancers and four student musicians collaborate with professionals from the Hamburg Ballet. The participants, aged between 13 and 18, have carried out intensive preparation at the Teatre Municipal el Jardí in Figueres.
Live music plays a fundamental role in the piece, with the participation of professional musicians from the Girona lands who accompany the students. This initiative seeks to foster artistic dialogue and offer young people the opportunity to experience the festival from within, consolidating the link between the event and the new generations of artists.
