The visit, which included approximately sixty participants, began with a tour of the ElBulli Museum located in Cala Montjoi. The experience was complemented by a lunch on the beach.
In the afternoon, the delegation proceeded to the Roses City Hall. There, municipal representatives, led by the mayor, Sílvia Ripoll, engaged in conversation with the attendees. The exchange of opinions focused on cuisine and its added value.
