The Teatre Casal de Vilafranca will host the performance of the zarzuela Cançó d'amor i de guerra this Sunday, March 15, marking the 25th anniversary of Milnotes Produccions.

Directed by Joan Garrido García, this production features the Guest Music orchestra with 18 musicians performing live. The show is a tribute to Catalan lyrical heritage, set in the Vallespir region during the Napoleonic occupation, blending themes of love and resistance.
With a budget exceeding 140,000 euros, the project is supported by the Generalitat de Catalunya and the Ramon Llull Institute. Vilafranca del Penedès is the second stop on a major tour of 15 theaters across Catalonia scheduled for 2026.
