Vilafranca del Penedès to Host the National School Cross Country Final

The city of Vilafranca del Penedès has been chosen as the venue for the National Final of the Catalan School Sports Games, scheduled for March 22nd.

This national sporting event follows the Inter-county Cross Country Final held in Móra d'Ebre this Sunday, March 15th. Nearly 200 athletes will compete for a spot in the grand final to be held in the capital of Alt Penedès.
The competition, organized by the Association of Sports Councils of Terres de l'Ebre, marks the end of the season's cross-country circuit. Races are divided into five categories based on age, ranging from 600 meters to 2,500 meters.
