Sant Quintí de Mediona will host the eighth edition of the Sidral Fest on April 11, a street music and circus festival that this year emphasizes its strong commitment to artistic talent from the Penedès region.

The festival, promoted by the Sidral Brass Band with the support of the Sant Quintí de Mediona Town Council and the Diputació de Barcelona, will take place next Saturday, April 11, starting at 11 am. This eighth edition is presented as the most "Penedès-focused" in its history.
Of the fifteen groups making up the lineup, nine come directly from Penedès, reaffirming the Sidral Fest's goal of giving visibility to both established artists and new creative voices from the territory.
The lineup includes renowned companies such as Street Fools, winners of the award for the best street arts premiere at FiraTàrrega 2025, and CIA Caïda, which will offer an aerial performance, unprecedented at the festival, on a six-meter-high structure.
In addition to the performances, the day will include circus workshops, wooden games, a craft market, and a gastronomic area. Activities will be distributed across key locations in Sant Quintí de Mediona, such as the Plaça de l’Església (central stage) and the Plaça Enric Prat de la Riba (circus area).
