The session, titled Make an informative diet that benefits you, is part of the Desenvolupa't program, promoted by the Economic Promotion Service of the Vilafranca del Penedès City Council. The goal is to provide practical tools for navigating a context marked by a constant flow of data.
Antoni Bassas will reflect on how the immediacy of communication channels and information overload directly impact decision-making, concentration capacity, and the emotional well-being of both work teams and the general public.
The proposal combines reflection and immediately applicable resources to improve time management and concentration capacity.
The journalist, who holds a degree in Information Sciences from the UAB, has a career spanning over four decades, having directed El matí de Catalunya Ràdio for 14 seasons and serving as a correspondent for TV3 in the United States. He has been honored with the National Journalism Award and the Josep Pla Narrative Award.
