La Seu FC started the year with a 1-2 victory against Almacelles this Sunday, maintaining the lead of group 5 of Segona Catalana with 28 points.

The 1-2 victory in Almacelles marks the ninth win of the season for the team from l'Alt Urgell, accumulating 28 points and remaining at the top of the table. They maintain a minimal two-point lead over Balàfia, which is second with 26, followed by Juneda (3rd, 25) and Artesa de Segre (4th, 23).
The match was decided by Ander Cayola, who neutralized the initial local goal in the 32nd minute and scored the decisive 1-2 goal in the 60th minute of the second half. Almacelles, meanwhile, drops to ninth position with 17 points.
In Tercera Catalana, the other focus was the regional derby between CF Coll de Nargó and CF Organyà, which ended in a draw (1-1). Michael Moyano put Organyà ahead (53'), but Miguel Orobio restored the tie for the Nargonins (72').
CE Oliana suffered a defeat (2-1) against the bottom-ranked team, Bellpuig, which mounted a comeback late in the game. With these results, Organyà is 11th (17 points), Oliana 14th (14 points), and Nargó is second to last (7 points).
Regarding futsal, the teams from Alt Urgell started the year without scoring any points. Atlètic Club La Seu lost 6-3 against Maristes Montserrat Lleida in Divisió d'Honor Catalana, while Atlètic Urban Sport fell 5-2 in Artesa de Segre and UE Peramola lost 4-1 in Ponts.
