The Alt Urgell Regional Council has launched the Integral Plus program to promote job placement for unemployed people over 30, subsidizing up to 25 indefinite contracts in local companies between February and June.

This plan, managed by the Economic Promotion area of the Regional Council, will allow the Catalan Public Employment Service (SOC) to grant companies 690.61 euros per month per full-time position for a maximum of 18 months. This aid applies exclusively to indefinite, full-time contracts.

This possibility represents a new opportunity for companies in Alt Urgell that need to incorporate staff.

The Integral Plus program places special emphasis on hiring priority groups, such as those over 45 and the long-term unemployed, aiming to reduce structural unemployment in the Alt Urgell region.
To participate, companies must be up to date with their obligations to the Catalan Tax Agency and Social Security. Each company can incorporate a maximum of 10 subsidized individuals, who will also receive 20 hours of cross-cutting training on "awareness of equal opportunities."
