This initiative aims to highlight female talent, generate role models, and value the business projects that contribute to the region's development. It seeks to recognize the work and professionalism of women entrepreneurs and showcase projects that generate economic activity and employment.
The Catalogue will focus on women who lead or have turned an idea into a business project, aiming to make often little-known trajectories visible and strengthen connections among entrepreneurs in Alt Urgell.
The 15 selected women will be featured in a communication campaign to share their stories and promote their projects, making the Catalogue a window into the diverse female entrepreneurial talent of the region.
The call is open to women over 18 years old, regardless of sector, who lead business projects with fiscal domicile in Alt Urgell and with at least 50% female ownership or leadership. In cooperatives, 50% of voting members must be women.
If more than 15 candidacies are received, selection will consider aspects such as innovation, social and environmental impact, network generation, inclusive communication, female leadership in traditionally male-dominated sectors, gender perspective, contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), economic impact, and job creation.
Interested individuals can submit their applications until September 10 electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Consell Comarcal de l’Alt Urgell.
