The third edition of the Coll de Nargó Firefighter Festival dedicated the day to the theme of house fires, with practical drills, children's activities, and a popular vermouth.

The town of Coll de Nargó hosted the third edition of the Firefighter Festival, this year centered on the prevention and response to house fires. During the morning, professionals conducted a joint drill at ‘El Repte’ to simulate low-visibility conditions during such fires.
The event continued at midday with a popular vermouth in the town hall square. In the afternoon, younger attendees participated in a circuit-based obstacle course designed to mimic firefighter tasks, aiming to educate the public about the service's work.

"Currently, we have 9 active firefighters, and a group of 7 new firefighters will be arriving soon. The training is unique as it's divided into two groups. Group 1 specializes in forest fires, searches, and natural disasters, and Group 2, which should start in September, will focus on urban fires."

Marc Nadal · Head of Coll de Nargó Firefighters
