La Seu d'Urgell launches digital world workshops for families

The La Seu d'Urgell City Council has announced a series of workshops titled Connect with your sons and daughters to help parents navigate the digital landscape.

Led by expert Sònia Notario, the sessions will take place at the l'Escorxador Civic Center from March to May. The initiative targets parents of children from 5th grade onwards, focusing on preventing screen addiction and improving home dialogue.
Key dates include March 23rd for discussions on first mobile phones, April 20th for communication skills, and May 4th for setting boundaries. Attendance is free for all residents, although prior registration is mandatory through the municipal website.
