Teachers from Alt Urgell and across the Pyrenees are joining a strike this Wednesday, February 11, to demand better working conditions and increased resources for schools.

Several educational organizations, led by the USTEC-STES union, have called for a strike of teachers and educational staff across Catalonia this Wednesday, February 11. In the Alt Pirineu and Aran regions, various mobilizations have been organized to demand more staff and salary improvements.
In La Seu d'Urgell, the day will include information pickets at the Joan Brudieu Institute and a central demonstration. Simultaneously, protests are planned in Puigcerdà, Tremp, and Vielha, where teachers will gather in front of local government buildings like the Conselh Generau d'Aran.
