The municipality of La Vall de Boí today opened the Outdoor Park Welcome Center, a new management and promotion hub for nature sports activities, aiming to de-seasonalize local tourism.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Deputy Marc Baró and the Mayor of Vall de Boí, Sònia Bruguera, as well as representatives from the Generalitat de Catalunya, underscoring the institutional importance of the project for the territory.

"This facility is much more than a new installation; it is a clear commitment to the future of the municipality and the territory."

The new space aims to reinforce La Vall de Boí's position as a leading outdoor destination, organizing and enhancing the sports offerings linked to hiking, mountain biking (BTT), and winter activities. The project is part of the Vall de Boí Tourism Sustainability Plan and has been financed by European Next Generation funds.

"The Outdoor Park Vall de Boí is a long-worked project that allows us to better organize, explain, and promote all the sporting and natural potential of the municipality."

Sònia Bruguera · Mayor of Vall de Boí
The Outdoor Park Welcome Center initially opens in a progressive operational phase to validate protocols and services before its definitive integral management. Concurrently, a new sports brand has been created to integrate all outdoor activity in the territory, including itinerary signage and digital channels.
