The course, aimed at unemployed adults in the Conca d’Òdena, will run from October to December. The training will combine theoretical and practical content, including non-work-related internships in local companies to facilitate the application of acquired knowledge in a real work environment.
The Mancomunidad has already conducted seven previous courses in trade areas, with notable success, as 80% of students find employment upon completion. This initiative addresses the need for qualified personnel in the local industry, particularly in sectors such as industry, installations, and construction.

This course is part of the Conca Industrial 4.0 project, which, along with the TTT “Construeix Futur” project, aims to address challenges such as the lack of generational replacement and the technological and sustainable transformation of productive sectors, as well as the shortage of trained personnel in the region.
