The Land Bank of the Conca d’Òdena Agricultural Park is fully operational, connecting owners of unused land with those interested in starting or expanding agricultural activities in the Anoia region.

The Conca d’Òdena Agricultural Park Land Bank project, promoted by its constituent municipalities, is supported by the Diputació de Barcelona and the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food (DARPA). This initiative offers new opportunities both to individuals interested in starting or expanding agricultural and livestock activities and to landowners who wish to revitalize unused land.
Currently, the Land Bank has several active offers. These include a 2,000 m² plot in Igualada, ideal for market gardening; a house with 300 m² of land in Òdena, intended for an agricultural or livestock farm; a 30-hectare estate in Rubió, designated for extensive livestock farming; and a 1,500 m² olive grove plot in Santa Margarida.
The project's effectiveness is demonstrated by several success stories showing that the Land Bank facilitates beneficial meetings for both parties. To coordinate efforts and share experiences, the Agrarian Succession Technical Meeting was held on January 23 at the Sala Anoia of the Alberg Cal Maco in Igualada.
The meeting included the presentation of the “Agrarian Succession” cooperation project coordinated by the Leader Adrinoc group, the Register of unused plots, and the subsidy programs offered by DARPA. Attendees included technicians from the Anoia, Bages, and Alt Penedès County Councils, as well as representatives from the Diputació de Barcelona.
The Conca d’Òdena Agricultural Park invites all interested parties—whether offering land or applying as tenants—to contact the technical team to consolidate this stable and active tool for agrarian revitalization.
