Parlem has received an initial tranche of 800,000 euros from a 2.2 million euro loan from the Institut Català de Finances (ICF), part of the ICF Pime Innova line. These funds will be used for the implementation of artificial intelligence in internal processes and services.
Additionally, Parlem has renewed a credit line with Banco Sabadell for one million euros, maturing in August 2027, which will be used for the company's general treasury needs.
This financing follows a recent debt restructuring, which led to a change in the company's majority shareholder structure. The fund Inveready and the family owning Mayoral acquired a significant stake.
The shareholders' meeting on August 7 confirmed the conversion of outstanding debt into shares, resulting in a reduced influence of the group's Catalan branch.
Significant structural changes, both executive and institutional, are expected in the telecom company's next board meeting, marking the beginning of this new phase.
