The Consell Comarcal de l’Anoia, through Anoia Jove, has launched the «Mou-te!» campaign to promote physical activity among the region's youth with free calisthenics and padel workshops.

The initiative, which will run during the months of October, November, and December, will take place in eight municipalities in Anoia: Vallbona d’Anoia, Cabrera d’Anoia, Santa Margarida de Montbui, Òdena, la Torre de Claramunt, Calaf, la Pobla de Claramunt, and els Hostalets de Pierola. In la Torre de Claramunt, activities will also extend to les Pinedes de l’Armengol.
The offerings vary by municipality. Vallbona d’Anoia, Cabrera d’Anoia, and la Pobla de Claramunt will offer both calisthenics and padel workshops. In Santa Margarida de Montbui, Òdena, la Torre de Claramunt, Calaf, and els Hostalets de Pierola, sessions will focus on calisthenics.
Calisthenics, a discipline that uses body weight to build strength and fitness, can be practiced outdoors and in municipal spaces. Through this initiative, Anoia Jove aims to facilitate access to free sports activities and foster spaces for youth to meet and participate.
Places are limited. Registration must be done at each participating municipality. For more information on dates and times, consult the Instagram profiles of the local Youth Points or contact Anoia Jove at 679 964 669.
