The 'Setmana GRAN de Tous', dedicated to the municipality's seniors, will take place from September 28 to October 4. The program includes recreational, cultural, and social activities such as music, cinema, walks, workshops, theater, gastronomy, and games.
The week will kick off on Monday, September 28, with an inaugural snack accompanied by music from the 60s and 70s by DJ XADEYDER.
On Tuesday, September 29, a fun adventure and mystery scavenger hunt through the town's streets, titled 'El Gran Misteri de Tous', is scheduled, inviting participants to solve riddles and discover local legends. In the afternoon, the film El peor vecino del mundo will be screened, followed by a discussion led by Marga Riera.
Wednesday, September 30, features a walk around the surroundings with facilitator Úrsula and a talk on 'Happiness and emotions in the elderly' by psychologist Ramon Creus.
On Thursday, October 1, a cooking workshop will be held to learn how to make 'romesco colomí', led by Carles Roca from Amics del Romesco de Santa Coloma de Queralt.
A Rummikub competition will take place on Friday, October 2, with a prize for the winner.
Saturday, October 3, will feature a 'havaneres' performance by the group Nova Olla Barrejada at the Ateneu, followed by an optional dinner with prior reservation.
Sunday, October 4, begins with a mass dedicated to seniors. Later, there will be a tribute to the oldest resident of Tous and a theatrical performance of Ball de nit by Judit M. Gené. The day will conclude with a rice dish and bingo, followed by a screening of the film Balandrau as part of the Cicle Gaudí at Cinema de Tous.
