The fair, now in its 33rd edition, will take place from October 2nd to 4th in Manlleu. This year, the 'From square to square' model is consolidated, distributing activities between Plaça Fra Bernadí and Plaça de Dalt Vila to improve attendee comfort and increase tasting spaces.
The dining area in Plaça Fra Bernadí will feature 10 stalls offering specialties such as botifarra sandwiches, grilled coques, croquettes, and hamburgers. Participating establishments include Colom-Vila, Thymus, Cal Teuler, Beive, Fussimanya, Sa Croqueta, l’Animal, La Cabra, Vins Riera, and GrecoBar. The Manlleu Municipal Market will also have a stall with sandwiches and other dishes.
The Pork Space will host the roasting and elaboration of cured meats, with commentary from gastronomic divulgators Jordi Àvila and David Sanglas. Plaça Fra Bernadí will host 12 craft brewers from the region, including Montseny, Synera, Hoppit, La Canetenca, Ogham, Dual Lab Brewery, Poch’s, Albera, Bierboi, La Micro cerveseria, Kibus Beer, and Lava Beer.
The Producers' Market strengthens its presence with ten stalls offering tastings and sales of local products. Notably, the new Territori Manlleu stall, by Damià Bas, will feature cured meats and products made in Manlleu, some of which have received national awards.
The Aula del Gust will host guided tastings of craft beers and cured meats, including a beer cocktail session and a children's tasting.
The cultural offering includes musical performances by DJ Sara Swatti, Sicuta, Avui, La oreja de Tiktok, Marc Grabulosa, Bruna Anfruns, and Guillem Ramisa.
For children, there will be a play area at La Granja with pony rides, workshops, and games. The shows 'Els músics de Bremen' with Marta Cruz and 'Porquets, porquets i més porquets!' at the Manlleu Municipal Library with Caro Von Arend will also be presented.
