The Santa Margarida de Montbui City Council recently presented four new Local Police officers at a ceremony held in the Boardroom to strengthen the security force's staff.

The presentation ceremony took place last week in the Boardroom of the City Council and was attended by the Mayor, Jesús Miguel Juárez; the Councilor for Citizen Security, Jordi Bòria Taixé, and the Chief Sergeant of the Local Police, José Andrés González.
These four officers come from the recent selection process carried out by the council. They join the staff along with three other agents who had already been hired, totaling seven new personnel.

With this reinforcement, work will continue in the closest and most effective way to guarantee the well-being of the citizens of Montbui.

The need for this reinforcement is due to the retirement of some long-serving police officers throughout the year, as well as transfers or leaves to other police forces in Catalonia. Once their training is complete, the new agents will be fully operational.
