The Alt Pirineu i Aran Health Region has achieved a satisfaction score of 8.27 in 2025, maintaining its position as the top-rated primary care service in Catalonia.

According to the PLAENSA survey, which measures user experience and satisfaction, the region has improved from its 8.06 score in 2024. This result is significantly higher than the Catalan average of 7.84. Furthermore, 93.2% of patients in the Pyrenees stated they would return to their health center.
The highest-rated aspects include the treatment provided by nursing staff (98,4%) and the clarity of medical explanations. Punctuality saw the most significant improvement, rising from 73.3% to 79.7% over the last year, reflecting the success of local management strategies.
