The Conselh Generau d'Aran has launched the 'Ací ne didem' campaign to promote the use of Aranese in local businesses through the installation of vinyls with specific vocabulary for each sector.

The initiative, promoted by the Departament de Llengua, seeks to facilitate the visibility of the local language in public service areas. Participating establishments will receive electrostatic adhesive material, designed to be easy to apply and remove, which includes phrases adapted to six economic sectors: restaurants, accommodation, clothing, sports, food, and bookstores.
The project, which started this July and will run until December 2026, offers participating businesses visibility on institutional communication channels. To participate, owners must formalize their membership and authorize the use of their establishment's image in the Conselh Generau d'Aran's dissemination campaigns.
In parallel, the administration maintains an active free translation service for menus, cards, and commercial signage. Interested parties can request this support by sending an email to the official address enabled for this purpose.
To ensure the campaign's reach, the collaboration of the Gremi d'Hostaleria de la Val d'Aran and Foment Torisme Val d'Aran has been requested. Both entities will inform their members about the steps necessary to join this linguistic normalization initiative.
