The Department of Territory, Housing, and Ecological Transition is launching six new mobility User Service Centers (CAU) in Alt Pirineu and Aran between June and early July to improve access to public transport services.

The aim of this expansion is for public transport users to access information, carry out procedures, and manage incidents related to mobility services directly from their county. The vegueria of Alt Pirineu and Aran has been integrated tariff-wise into ATM Lleida since January 29, 2024, allowing users to travel throughout the region with a single card using integrated tickets.
With the launch of the new centers, users will be able to purchase Integrated Tariff System cards, make recharges, collect personalized tickets, and manage incidents. These new service points are in addition to the already operational ones in La Seu d’Urgell and Vielha.
The new centers will be located at the Cerdanya County Council in Puigcerdà, the Alta Ribagorça County Council in Pont de Suert, the Oliana Town Hall (for incident management only), the Pallars Jussà County Council in Tremp, the Pallars Sobirà County Council in Sort (also for incident management only), and the Llavorsí Town Hall.

"With these new User Service Centers, we reinforce proximity to the territory and make it easier for citizens to access mobility services more quickly and conveniently. We want any user to be able to get information, carry out procedures, or resolve incidents without having to travel far."
