The team coached by David Torilo started strong with a 2-0 lead thanks to goals from Marc Urgeles and Ivan Rey. However, the momentum shifted after Emilio José Cobo saved a penalty from Martí Puerta. The Seville-based visitors then took control, scoring eight consecutive goals to establish a dominant 3-9 lead.
The local side attempted a comeback in the second half. Goals from Biel Fernandez and Arnau Leon brought hope to the fans in Manresa, but the physical play and energy of Dos Hermanas proved too much to overcome. Ivan Martínez and Sergi Torres also scored for the home team during the final stages of the game.
Late goals by Alejandro Álamo and Alejandro García secured the victory for the visitors. Despite the loss, the young CN Manresa squad showed resilience until the final whistle in what was a very physical and demanding encounter in the national water polo league.
