The arrival of a powerful anticyclone in Catalonia this Friday will end the wind conditions caused by Storm Pedro, leading to a period of stability and spring-like temperatures.

After a start to the year with ten consecutive storms, Pedro has departed with wind gusts reaching 100 km/h in Tarragona. This makes way for the Azores anticyclone, which will bring a warm air mass to the entire region.
Forecasts show sunny skies, although morning fog will persist inland and high clouds in Barcelona. Maximum temperatures will range between 15 and 18 degrees, potentially hitting 20 degrees in pre-coastal areas.
