The emergency call was placed shortly after 7:00 PM. Despite the vehicle ending up on its side, the occupants were able to exit the car unaided. Three Fire Brigade units were dispatched to the scene to secure the area.

Mossos d'Esquadra police and SEM medical services also attended the site. Medical staff confirmed that those involved suffered only minor injuries, and the traffic flow at the Sallent junction was managed while the vehicle was being recovered.
