The town of Castellbell i el Vilar will host the Ladies on Road event on March 21st and 22nd, marking a milestone for female motorcycling enthusiasts in the region.

Promoted by the Associació d'Amics de les Motos de Monistrol, the gathering aims to become a national reference. The program features motorcycle routes around the iconic Montserrat mountain, technical workshops on airbags and off-road riding, and panel discussions about the evolution of women in the motor world.

"The idea did not come from a group of women, but from the mind of a man, Joan Miró, who realized there was no event honoring women in the motorcycle world."
