The Bombers de la Generalitat conducted two operations on Sunday, January 25, on Montserrat mountain, rescuing three disoriented hikers and two blocked climbers.

The first incident took place around 1:20 PM, when three people and a dog became disoriented on the Camí de les Comes, within the municipality of el Bruc. Teams from the Special Actions Group (GRAE) and the Air Unit (MAER) located them unharmed and proceeded to evacuate them by helicopter.
Later, around 3:40 PM, emergency personnel intervened to assist two climbers on the Tres en ratlla route. Their rope became stuck, preventing them from completing the final three rappels of their descent.
Firefighters managed to free the rope, allowing the climbers to finish their descent independently. None of the individuals involved in the two operations on Sunday required medical assistance.
These incidents follow previous rescues carried out on Saturday in Montserrat, when two climbers were surprised by snow and had to spend the night in a cave on the Griviola Vella route.
