Guerrero's career in the automotive world began after she left high school to follow her brother's footsteps. Her academic performance improved significantly once she started her vocational training in Mechanics, where she found her true professional calling.

After completing her internship at Automajor, the company hired her full-time. Today, she spends eight hours a day among cars and tools, a role that still surprises some customers who often expect to find her in the administrative office rather than the workshop floor.
