The Junts per Catalunya party has secured an agreement with Sergi Perramon, a former Front Nacional de Catalunya councillor, to run together in the 2027 municipal elections in Manresa.

The strategy led by local candidate Ramon Bacardit aims to counter the electoral growth predicted for Aliança Catalana. By recruiting Perramon, who previously led the FNC in the city before forming Avenç Nacionalista, Junts hopes to appeal to voters focused on security and immigration registry issues.
This political move comes as Sílvia Orriols' party holds a training event in Manresa. Despite gaining nearly 10% of the vote in 2023, Aliança Catalana failed to enter the city council, a situation they aim to change in the next elections.
