The Congost arena in Manresa is hosting the second stage of the Champions Cup this weekend, a basketball competition bringing together athletes with mental diversity from several ACB clubs.

The host team, linked to Baxi Manresa and composed of players from La Salle and Ampans, has been preparing with great excitement. Local team members shared moments with the club's first-team squad during training sessions ahead of their debut, scheduled for this Saturday at 10:30 AM against UCAM Murcia.
The tournament is organized into two groups. Baxi Manresa is in Group B alongside Murcia and Unicaja, whom they will face on Saturday afternoon. In Group A, Casademont Zaragoza, Sierra Nevada Granada, and Fundació Bàsquet Girona will compete for a spot in Sunday's final.

"You must stay focused on what you do and what you practice. The atmosphere should help you improve, not hold you back."

Dani Pérez · Baxi Manresa Captain
This initiative, which began in Valencia two months ago, aims to promote inclusion through sports. First-team captains Dani Pérez and Álex Reyes offered words of encouragement, reminding players that the most important thing is to enjoy the experience of competing at a professional venue like the Congost.
