The Manresa City Council has announced the ninth Ignatius Way Gastronomic Days, scheduled for March 21 and 22 at the Catalonia Baroque Museum cloister.

This year's event highlights the culinary heritage of the Bages region, featuring renowned chef Maria Nicolau. The program offers eight guided sessions led by experts, focusing on the gastronomy of the territories along the historic Ignatian route.
The lineup includes workshops by Jordi Llobet, Carlota Claver, and Vicente Ursúa, the chef for the Osasuna football club. Visitors can also enjoy a free producers' market and a wine bar featuring DO Pla de Bages selections.
Guided tours of the museum will complement the food activities. Tickets for the live cooking demonstrations and tastings are now available on the official Manresa Tourism website.
