Students from the third cycle of the Oms i de Prat school in Manresa are organizing a blood donation drive on February 2 and 4 at the local Sant Joan de Déu Hospital.

Students from the Oms i de Prat school have taken the initiative to promote solidarity in the capital of Bages with this event, which will take place at the Blood Bank of the Sant Joan de Déu Hospital in Manresa.
The campaign will be held over two days, Monday, February 2, and Wednesday, February 4, with the goal of collecting blood destined for patients who have suffered accidents or have serious health issues.
Despite being the organizers, the third-cycle students do not yet meet the requirements to donate blood themselves, as they are minors. To participate, donors must weigh over 50 kilograms and be between 18 and 70 years old.
The main objective of the initiative is to raise awareness among peers and the community about the constant need for blood reserves and the importance of contributing to this vital cause for society.
