The Solsonès region in Catalonia has launched new cabin facilities dedicated to Shinrin-yoku, a Japanese wellness practice focused on therapeutic forest immersion.

Commonly known as forest bathing, this initiative aims to boost local tourism by offering visitors a unique way to reduce stress through nature. The project highlights the natural heritage of the Solsonès area.
In addition to mental well-being, physical health remains a priority. Personal trainer Àlex Pedrico advises that core strength is essential, recommending exercises such as the Dead Bug and weighted crunches to improve abdominal definition.

"If you want to define your abs and reduce fat, the most useful thing is to focus on core exercises with good technique."
