The reenactment group Els Mercenaris de l'Aixada showcased their medieval combat skills this February 28th during the Aixada Fair held in Manresa.

This group, specialized in historical outreach, has become a highlight of the festivities in the Bages capital. Members trained in ancient fencing techniques perform sword fighting demonstrations to bring the medieval past closer to fair visitors.
Activities took place in iconic locations such as the pati dels Carlins. The event also featured historical figures like King Pere III and Queen Maria de Navarra arriving in the city of Manresa.
