Entrepreneurs Meritxell Bautista and Josep Olivet, founders of Fibracat, have launched Floutel, a new nationwide telecommunications operator, maintaining its strategic headquarters in Manresa.

The capital of Bages is once again the starting point for a technology project with national scope. The promoters, Meritxell Bautista and Josep Olivet, known for previously founding Fibracat, have presented Floutel, an operator offering telecommunications services throughout Spain.

"From Manresa we showed that it is possible to create innovative models capable of competing with large operators. Now, with Floutel, we take another step: a state project that continues to be managed, decided, and served from here, from home."

Floutel advocates for the essence of “close, honest, and transparent service” and emphasizes human attention and clear pricing, elements that, according to the founders, many customers miss from large operators. The company maintains customer service, technical staff, and most operations in central Catalonia.
Coinciding with its national deployment, Floutel has launched a specific campaign in Manresa under the slogan “Manresa torna a tenir Flou” (Manresa has Flou again). This action includes special offers for residents, such as 600MB Fiber and an unlimited mobile line with 100GB for 11€/month during the first quarter.
