The specialized medium covering the basketball transfer market, Sportando, has indicated that the Greek club Promitheas would be the destination chosen by Grant Golden to finalize his departure from Baxi Manresa. This move comes shortly after the Manresa team signed center Pauly Paulicap, who previously played for the Greek club.

Diego Ocampo · Baxi Manresa Coach
Baxi Manresa coach, Diego Ocampo, had already confirmed the club's intention to reach an agreement with the player to free up one of the non-EU player spots. Golden, a center from Virginia, has prior experience in the Greek league, having previously played for AEK Athens.
This transaction has been described as an “informal exchange” between the two clubs, as Golden would be the natural replacement for Paulicap in the squad led by Kouro Segkoura. Following Golden's departure, Bàsquet Manresa would only count on Eli Brooks and the aforementioned Pauly Paulicap as EXT licenses.
