This expansion of the first semester 2026 program brings the total number of shows adding new dates to five, following a very positive start to ticket sales. The play Hamlet, which premieres on December 23 at the Teatre Coliseum in Barcelona, is one of the most anticipated proposals of the January-June season.
Besides Hamlet, the Kursaal has scheduled third performances for two classic works. These include La corona d'espines by Josep Maria de Sagarra, set for Monday, January 26, and Pel davant i pel darrera by Michael Frayn, with a new session on Sunday, March 8.
Second performances have also been added for the monologue by Míriam Tirado, Fills: no deu ser tan difícil!, which can be seen on Saturday, January 31, and for La importància de ser Frank, performed by the Grup de Teatre del Poble Nou de Manresa, scheduled for Wednesday, February 18.
Tickets for all these new performances, as well as for the rest of the January-June 2026 season, can now be purchased both at the theater box office and online through the official theater website.
