The Manresa Rugby Club achieved a crucial away victory against Osona RC in Vic last weekend, winning by a clear 13-41 and maintaining second place in the league standings.

The Bages team demonstrated its superiority in the Men's Second Division league with a 13-41 result at the Osona RC field. The key to the victory was the scoring ability of the Manresa players, who registered a total of five tries.
Although the home side initially took the lead with a penalty kick by Arnau Casadesús, the reaction from Manresa was instantaneous. Just three minutes later, Isaac Majos scored the first try, followed by a conversion from Marcel Palacios, turning the score around.
Dominance was evident during the first half, especially thanks to Marc Cruz, who scored two tries in just four minutes, leaving the partial score at 3-19. Despite a local try by Roger Rovira before halftime, Manresa maintained control.
In the second half, the team suffered some defensive errors, but two more tries by Guifré Viana, with another conversion from Palacios, sealed the triumph. This victory solidifies the Manresa Rugby Club in second place in the standings, only behind the leader, the BC Lions/Begues.
