Baxi Manresa coach Diego Ocampo praised the determination shown by his players and the vital support from the Congost crowd following their recent victory in the Eurocup competition.

Diego Ocampo addressed the press at the Congost court, where his players were stretching to manage the physical load of consecutive games. The coach specifically thanked the fans, stating that 'what they did at the start helps the players a lot to start connected.' He also recalled the encouragement received in Valencia after a loss, emphasizing that 'this situation is very important for us'.
The coach explained that in the first half, they achieved a 'very good balance between two and three-point shots' and a high assist ratio, knowing that the second half would be tougher due to the quality of the opposing players, some of whom had Euroleague experience.

"We knew how to suffer in the last quarter, with determination to shoot, with good ball movement from Obasohan and Steinbergs, and with the collaboration of all the players we need to be competitive."

Ocampo highlighted Ferran Bassas's role, praising his 'determination [...] in complex moments. That's why we brought him, because we need people like that.' He also acknowledged the merit of defeating the opponent twice, despite their high three-point accuracy (9 of 14) in the second half.
The coach also commented on the young player Gerard Fernández, stressing the need to balance elite sports with normal life: 'tomorrow he returns to school and has to start studying, because I am convinced that in the last month he hasn't done much. We must follow normal life, reconcile the two careers.'.
Regarding squad management, Ocampo clarified that reduced playing time, such as for Pierre Oriola, 'is not a punishment, but a normal thing,' depending on rotation. He was optimistic about the injured players Brooks and Benítez, although Dani had suffered a setback, and stated that the decision on their availability would be made on Friday to avoid risks.
