Two Covisa Manresa players called up to Spanish U-17 National Team

Aneu Isern and Jana Ruiz will participate in two international friendly matches against Portugal in Lisbon this January.

Covisa Manresa players Aneu Isern and Jana Ruiz have been selected for the Spanish U-17 National Team to play two friendly matches against Portugal in Lisbon on January 13 and 14.

Defender Aneu Isern and winger Jana Ruiz, both players for Covisa Manresa, have been called up by the Spanish U-17 coach, Iñigo Martínez, to join the national squad. These preparation matches will be played against the Portugal national team.
The two international fixtures are scheduled to take place at the FPF Arena Portugal in Lisbon on January 13 and January 14. The athletes from the Manresa club will join the training camp on Sunday, January 11, in Madrid, before traveling directly to the Portuguese capital.

The list of players called up by coach Iñigo Martínez includes a total of 14 athletes, seven of whom are Catalan, including the two representatives from Covisa Manresa.

In addition to the two Covisa Manresa players, the Catalan representation is completed by five other names: Mia Pou (goalkeeper) and Daniela Guijarro (winger) from Eixample CFS; Kenya Hernández (winger) and Adriana Pons (pivot) from CE Futsal Mataró; and Desirée Bello, from CFS Almacelles.
